Submitting an appointment request through the Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship or guarantee an appointment. Our office will contact you to confirm availability, collect necessary information, and finalize scheduling.

10. SMS Messaging Terms

Leesburg Dental and Orthodontics PLLC d/b/a Russell Branch Dental offers SMS messaging programs that may include appointment requests, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, service-related communications, and other communications related to your relationship with the practice.

Where you have separately provided consent to marketing communications, SMS messages may also include promotions, special offers, or other marketing messages. Marketing messages are sent only on the basis of that separate marketing opt-in.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Russell Branch Dental and the services or communications you have requested.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you sign up again.

Carrier liability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age restriction. The SMS messaging program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you should only use the SMS program with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Consent is optional. Consent to receive marketing or promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Russell Branch Dental.

Your participation in our SMS messaging programs is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
